REVIEW OF: "THE PALEO PRIMER, by KERIS MARSDEN and MATT WHITMORE":
Sorry for the late post about the cookbook.
This is an interesting little book. Lots of information about what paleo is. The format is unique because the pages are lined, like notebook paper & broken down into short but concise chapters. One chapter that interested me was Chapter 2: "Signs Your Diet Is Not Working"... very informative. I probably read this information in another book, but this answer was more user friendly to me because it was "short and to the point!"
A great feature are the recipes at the back of the book.
I liked the book and recommend it, however, the one thing that I don't like is that the print in the book is very small and ligh, I had to have a bright light to read the book.
