Just noticed this announcement. My 30 days will start today. I decided it was okay yesterday and the day before to use my body as a trash can. Of course, it was mostly carby things that found their way to me! I need to regain control!
I have a primal breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks packed to go to work today. Don't know what dinner is yet but DH prefers meat and veggies to anything else so that's a safe meal. I just need to aoid unplanned eating.

I NEED to do something. Whatever this involves, I'd love to join in! I had a good 2-week run on this lifestyle, but succumbed to carb temptation last Thursday (decent excuse, son #1 got hit by a truck on his way to school last week and it was our third day in the hospital). Back home and ready to eat great again.
If hunger isn't the problem, food isn't the answer.
