Just noticed this announcement. My 30 days will start today. I decided it was okay yesterday and the day before to use my body as a trash can. Of course, it was mostly carby things that found their way to me! I need to regain control!
I have a primal breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks packed to go to work today. Don't know what dinner is yet but DH prefers meat and veggies to anything else so that's a safe meal. I just need to aoid unplanned eating.
