Hello Spark friends , My 2 weeks were up yesterday. 3 lb. down...clothes feel better and just now feeling like I am in the fat burning zone. I am keeping my calories at 1700/ 1800 , and carbs under 100 grams . Doing Pilates, Yoga , treadmill , cycling....was really into Zumba . but needed a big change ! So far sooo good . Two more weeks on the paid version online....and plan to go on from there on my own .....It has been just what I needed !
