Diet -- Kitchen/Pantry Purge #2--I put the partly-imbibed box of wine I never get to out in the chilly garage and freed up room for the things that are good for me. I'll bring it to my next bookclub.
Exercise -- Recovering today from a big workout last night with personal trainer and didn't get a walk in. Had to take mum to the doc, then daughter to piano... cooked a good little dinner... will go to sleep now instead of treadmill and sleep deprivation.
Lifestyle -- Use Your Brain -- Meant to work on my service that I'm giving on Sunday at my little Unitarian church, but a friend who's in Florida for the winter called and so I didn't use my brain, but my heart. I will definitely use my brain by Sunday morning!
Sub 8:30/mile for a Springtime Race!

Goal Winter & Spring 2012:
Develop an interesting cross-training routine that will be fun for my daughter to join in on.
10,000 steps/day whether running or walking.
Launch my SLEEP project!
Reporting on my Yesterday 18:
Diet - Food was good, but we had cocktails later which shot my carbs through the roof. Under 100g carbs *before* drinkypoos.
Exercise - Did 50 mins. of pilates which I can feel in my tummy muscles every time I sneeze today.
Lifestyle - 10 minute spurts of clutter-busting. The description got long enough to move to a blog post. :)
