Oh you'll definitely lose inches with this program, but you have to do the work...and I mean the workouts and the clean eating together.

I made it into phase 3 then got a stomach bug that knocked me down for four days. Phase 3 is the toughest and it was too difficult for me to pick back up so I stepped away. BUT, it worked for me up until that point.

This is a supportive team so if you decide to go ahead with it, the coaches are awesome and won't let you down! Good luck!

This program absolutely helps you lose fat and get leaner.

(i should have noted that I did the 12 weeks, lost over 20 inches and am now repeating it after being off almost 2 months)

Building muscle will help you burn MORE fat! lol

I only got half way through, but I actually didn't really gain muscle but lost some weight and inches! (my muscles are still hidden under more fat, if they are there!)

Hi, I am thinking of starting this program. I have gained 30 pounds in the last year. I think I am in "starvation mode" and read that increasing my muscle mass can increase my RMR. I think I lost a lot of muscle and gained a lot of fat. Just curious if this program is also good for losing fat as well as building muscle? I don't want to build muscle and not lose the fat ;-)
Any stories/comments would be very helpful.
