Oh you'll definitely lose inches with this program, but you have to do the work...and I mean the workouts and the clean eating together.
I made it into phase 3 then got a stomach bug that knocked me down for four days. Phase 3 is the toughest and it was too difficult for me to pick back up so I stepped away. BUT, it worked for me up until that point.
This is a supportive team so if you decide to go ahead with it, the coaches are awesome and won't let you down! Good luck!

Hi, I am thinking of starting this program. I have gained 30 pounds in the last year. I think I am in "starvation mode" and read that increasing my muscle mass can increase my RMR. I think I lost a lot of muscle and gained a lot of fat. Just curious if this program is also good for losing fat as well as building muscle? I don't want to build muscle and not lose the fat ;-) Any stories/comments would be very helpful.
