Moved up two levels on stair climber...started climber on day two..only 10 minutes a day BUT still noting positive changes!
I am picking up cadence and thinking I was able to lift faster yesterday.
Lunges are getting easier! Today they were smoother, easier controlled, still good form and deep but faster.
Working toward cuting ST time to under 90 minutes.
