WTG Meghan!!! Those are some awesome results. I think I lost the majority of mine in the waist and chest when i did the first round. I swear my meaty legs will be the last to lose. They are strong though:) Going to check out that blog tomorrow morning. I must get my workout in...MUST! LOL

Okay, JUST started fat-burning Phase 3, but its going to be rough to make my goal of 22% body fat by Thanksgiving. I'm hoping to at least dip below 24% by the end of the program.
Today, I am down to 26.36% body fat - almost 1% down from 22 days ago.
My other stats- arms down 1/2" from start, forearms 3/4" from start, neck 3/4", chest 1.5" (couldn't hold it for long, lost a whole inch just in the last 2 weeks), Hips 3/4" (this seems to be the MOST stubborn area!), Shoulders 1.3", waist 2.6", thighs 1", calves not quite 1/2".
Total inches lost (not counting 2 legs or 2 arms)= 9.75 inches.

Ok, Couldn't stand it anymore-- had to take measurements even though I'm not quite done with Week 6 (will be halfway through the program tomorrow). I've lost an inch in my thighs, TWO inches from my waist at the navel, 1/2 inch off my hips, and an inch off my shoulders. Everything else stayed about the same(within a quarter inch)- INCLUDING my chest! (yay!) Best of all, my Body Fat percentage has dropped from starting point of 29.22% to 27.2%! Two percent- woohoo!!
Now I've got at least 3 more to go for my minimum goal of 24%, but since I've JUST entered the fat-burning stage, the last 6 weeks should be plenty of time to get under 24%.

Woohoo! WTG posting your measurements. You are little and are currently what i am aiming for!!! Can't wait to hear the changes you experience with LiveFit. BTW...the waist was where I lost the most inches the first time around.

Again, I think I might just have the biggest neck around these parts. lol Really, what's up with that? I can't lose there to save my life.

Sorry I'm a little late with these!
These are my results at the end of Phase 2: May 20, 2012 July 12, 2012 Waist 33.25 31 Hips 39.75 39 Neck 13.5 13.5 Thigh 24 22.75 Calf 14.5 14.25 Bicep 11.75 11.75 Weight 160.8 158.6
Totals: 2.2 pounds 4.5 inches lost
Let me state that I am 5’9” and in general wanted to be close to 155 before this program. Most of my weight is in my stomach/hips/butt/thigh area and I’m small on top.
I made it three days into Phase 3, got knocked down for four days with a stomach bug and could not pick the training up after I recovered. As if the last phase wasn’t hard enough, trying to get back into the swing of things after being sick was especially difficult so I made the conscious decision to move on to another plan of attack.
I am here to say this program WORKS! I blogged a few of my successes throughout the program already but just to reiterate the pluses: no bloating or sluggishness with PMS, having more energy, feeling lean and trim, seeing my muscle tone all over, getting into jeans/shorts I couldn’t, and no more muffin-top!
The hard part about this program, for me anyway, was the planning and time involved.

Numbers are in for week 7... Lost 1 pound (broke my 2-3 pound a week spree) Lost 1.5 inches (would have been 2 if I hadn't gained a darn .5 inch in the thigh)
Feel good about it. Thought I would have gained for some reason. The winners in loss seems to be the bust and chest, followed up with waist. Darn calves still not budging:)
Woo Hoo!!!

too funny, I just did the same thing when I pulled all my summer clothes out and put winter clothes in tubs. small clothes in, big clothes out. in a box, going away. I can't find room for all these clothes anyway! I have a bunch of HUGE underwear that's getting tossed and sadly, some really nice bras that I bought in December will never fit again.
Wore size 8 capri pants on the golf course today... and they are pretty loose. I'm in that fuzzy area where the pricier brands fit and the cheaper stuff doesn't (yes, there IS a conspiracy to make rich ladies feel smaller than they are!) So I still have a stack of 'smaller' size 8s waiting for me on the top shelf (replacing the previously one size too small pants that are now in the wear now drawer.) I am so excited to wear all my cute tank tops and tight t's this summer!
My mom has been doling out smaller clothes on gift giving occasions all year (she is a crazy expert shopper, so I just let her know what I am lacking) and my birthday is coming up soon. I'll be making more room then.

Thanks LFF! Got another day of arms and abs in and got a handle on that workout area. Which of course lead me to going through clothing donations. No more keeping larger sizes just in case I will need them again. I will NOT go back! There you go, check that off as a woohoo moment!
Funny thing...bought some new pants, not long ago, to fit the shrinking bod and they no longer fit:) Off to donation. They need to come up with clothing rental for dieters working away the pounds.

The weekly numbers are in. Funny how I am excited to see them as the week rolls by, but the day I do it I get a big not in my stomach. 3 lbs lost 2.5 inches lost
I believe much of it was water because of kidney issues happening last week. Who knows. I am happy. The body just keeps shifting. Dang calves aint budgin' an inch. I really think the time will come when my thighs are the same size as my calves. They will look like two tree trunks. The waist continues to go down, but am still not out of the heart attack risk chart range. What do they know anyways;)
Phew. It is done. Off to workout and going to clean the workout area. Maybe hang some inspirational stuff:)

Two more inches in a week! that's great! I've been spacing my measurements out every 3 weeks, so one more set in a week and a half. I'll post my progression of measurements, weight, and as soon as I have time, the before/after comparisons.

So the numbers are in... Lost 2 more pounds and 2.25 inches.
Having a minor setback today. Urinary tract issue is hitting me again and doesn't seem to want to flush. Haven't had problems with them since starting but had major swelling last night and realized that the 80 oz of water I drank yesterday had not been released. When it happens I have major pain in the bones and joints that feel like shin splints, headache and weight on my chest. Started popping the prescription diuretic, so things should start moving again. Guess this means I'm not invincible!!!
I will see how things are later and may try and workout. Frustrated because the last two workouts were great. Made gains in strength and was excited.

Thanks guys! I am doing it backwards. The plan is to get some photos up next. Hoping to do it tomorrow with the day off. That is painful because I actually feel better than I look for the first time. When I was fit I thought I looked fat and now that I still have pudge I am holding my head high. This mind is a mess. Also need to own up to the weight. Although I am trying not to focus on it I need to own up to it. I gotta stop taking these dang baby steps and just take the plunge, however deep it is:)

Great Job LFF and KGF!!!
Third boob. Thats funny
I really wish I had the foresight to take measurements at the beginning of this. I did however take PICTURES! I'm really looking forward to taking some more at the end of this week and seeing what kind of progress I've made. And I will be taking measurements too so I know what kind of progress I've made.

Congrats LFF!
Phase 1, 4-week results: Pounds lost: 9 Inches lost: 8.8 plus 4 for bust and chest (not sure how it came to .8 since the measurements were in quarters???)
Majority came from the torso. My third breast on my back is slowly disappearing!!! Thighs finally went down 1/2 inch this week. Legs aren't moving too much measurement wise, but look better.
Looking forward to Phase 2 and Cardio. Getting all my eggs in order this weekend. Starting P2D1 tonight.

Only lost 3 3/4" in the last 3 weeks (gotta admit after 5 1/2" lost the previous 3 weeks I was hoping for more). No change in a couple spots, biggest losses in Shoulders, Hips (biggest spot to lose) and Chest (the ever shrinking breasts). I was surprised no movement in my thighs. After I get my back under control, those saddle bags will be the next thing that have GOT to go!
I'm in the final phase of the programme, week 10, and I've lost 1kg of body fat over the last month, so I'm really chuffed. Carb cycling is a challenge, though!

Week one is DONE! Have to say I really liked the clean eating. At first it was WAY too much food. Made me feel bloated.....but rearranged how I was fitting it in and did much better later in the week. I haven't had much change at this point. Here are the changes so far: Pre: 1wk wt-163 162 bust-38 37.5 hip-40 40
I have really enjoyed the workouts. Gives me extra time to spend with my husband who works out regularly.

This program is amazing. I've lost 2.6# this week as well as 2" off my bust, 2" off my chest, 0.5" off my waist, and 1" off my hips. I'm having a hard time believing it. After 8 or 9 months with no change, this is just incredible

I posted a few "back" progress pictures. I didn't take pics exactly like these for "before" but they show the definition that I'm working on in my upper body. I also took ab-progress shots but haven't posted them yet... I'm not sure I can see a difference from the first week or so, but maybe there is one!! I will try to post when I get home. :)

I didn't take measurements or pics at the start, so I'll start recording on week 2 Phase 1 - Week 2
Bust - 39.5 Chest - 31 Waist - 32 Hip- 40
Hoping these go down a bit! I'm also down 1/2 a pound since starting the challenge! Not much, but I'm getting close to my goal. Any loss is better than an eight month plateau!

Hey team!
As we move along in the program, I'm sure many of us will be taking more progress photos (definitely recommended), either every week or every other week.
So, I wanted to start a thread to celebrate each of our stages in progressing through this program!
Use this thread to post links to blogs with progress photos (if you're sharing), to post your updated measurements (inches fat lost or gained in muscle), weight lost or gained (if that's a goal of yours-- pounds of fat or pounds of muscle), body fat percentages, and so on.
Any success you're feeling-- even if it's FEELING better, flatter, more energy, and overall healthier from eating clean -- PLEASE SHARE HERE!
We want to CELEBRATE with you!
**INCENTIVE** Post your success here, and receive a GOODIE from me or Amanda! (APMAC_D)
