I am getting ready to push play on p90x back and legs workout. Really would like to get a run in later as well but we have some cold rain and high winds here.

Goals 4 2013 Jumping jacks 40,000/ 34000 Tricep dips 8,000 / 5455 KB swings 8,000 / 5600 Full military push ups 6,000 / 4455 Pull ups...assisted..324 Run 1/2 marathon..that's right...13.1 baby! .. Most distance..11 miles at once thus far :) Speak about myself more positively..no more nay s

Ah, that's a bummer! I had a hard time getting used to wearing mine at first, but really miss it now if I forget it. Hope you find it!

Yesterday, I walked my son's dog for 3 miles. I also have an active link, but didn't download the info last night, so not sure how many points I got for my walk. I wore my active link on a hike one day (a pretty rough terrain hike) and it gave me 20 pts for the day. Great motivation!!

Actually it was yesterday. I did 4 miles. I have an AcTive Link and it gave me 7 points.
Spark told me I burned 685 calories. Not sure if that is quite accurate.

Jogged 4 miles in 1 hour and 14 minutes.
Heart rate monitor said I burned 430 calories and the ActiveLink gave me 5 activity points. Yeah!!!

The past 2 days I have done 30 minutes of cardio and Planet Fitness has a 30 minute circuit. Shooting for the same day. WOOHOO!! Hoping the scale will show it tomorrow.

This is my absolute downfall - wandering around doing heaps and filling in the days but no specific exercise. Late afternoon Sunday I have done over 8,000 steps - if that counts!
