1:00 PM on track all morning long
2:00 PM got the turkey started and still on track
3:00 PM still on track
4:00 PM still on track
5:00 PM still on track
6:00-8:00 Ate dinner
8:00 still on track
9:00 ate a snack but still had 600 calories left over from daily quota
10:00 feeling good, stayed within my points quota today
It helped to check in nearly every hour.
