4/27 killed my workout today;

18 minute elliptical warmup and ran a total of 1.20 miles during that time,

20-30 minute lower body and core strength training on gym machines,

15 minute elliptical and ran for a total of 1.01 miles during that time,

3 minutes at level 6 incline on treadmill but then decided to change to the

bike for the remainder 27minutes and biked a total of 4.07 miles.

I do a total of 1 hour of cardio on days I go to the gym, when I first started I was only able to run/bike during that time for about 3 miles I am now almost to double that on regular!

I'm going to the grocery store today,and I plan on counting it as Weekly Activity Points...wish me luck! The closer we get to Christmas,the more aggressive people get. Maybe I'll get some pepper spray (just kidding!)

This is not a challenge, but it's a good example of how WW & Spark go together. Last night at the meeting, they talked about MOVING more...just starting out with 2 Activity points. That's do-able! Today, on SparkPeople, I found a 10 min. Fitness Challenge that I am going to join, for a little added motivation!
