4/27 killed my workout today;
18 minute elliptical warmup and ran a total of 1.20 miles during that time,
20-30 minute lower body and core strength training on gym machines,
15 minute elliptical and ran for a total of 1.01 miles during that time,
3 minutes at level 6 incline on treadmill but then decided to change to the
bike for the remainder 27minutes and biked a total of 4.07 miles.
I do a total of 1 hour of cardio on days I go to the gym, when I first started I was only able to run/bike during that time for about 3 miles I am now almost to double that on regular!
