Weight Watchers says that there are five healthy oils: Olive, Canola, Sunflower, Safflower, and Flaxseed. That is not to say that oils like fish oil are necessarily UNhealthy. It's just that those five have properties that are especially beneficial to you.
One of our goos health guidelines is to get two teaspoons of healthy oil everyday. A of people find that to be one of the hardest GHGs to do. Harder than 64 oz. of water or 5 fruits & veggies.
The challenge this week is to get you two teaspoons of healthy oil at least 4 days and to tell members how you like to do it.
