10% is good I have actually set a 5% just to give me a quicker goal to boost my spirits and feel accomplished. I had my first child in July and am ready to get back to healthy habits and get myself back to feeling good.
My goals are set for 2014 and I am ready to get healthy! I just turned 40, I just had a beautiful baby boy and I want to be a great roll model for him.
I am still following the eating plan and exercising too. Yesterday and today are hard (stressed out). Weight has been going up and down since I reached the 10% but I am still below. Don't think Holidays will be a major problem. I did get in the habit of smaller meals and snacks all through the day. Major problem at the moment is my MOOD.
