I am still following the eating plan and exercising too. Yesterday and today are hard (stressed out). Weight has been going up and down since I reached the 10% but I am still below. Don't think Holidays will be a major problem. I did get in the habit of smaller meals and snacks all through the day. Major problem at the moment is my MOOD.
First : as from today I lost 10% of my original body weight.
Dec 25, 2011: 250 lbs July 24, 2012: 237 lbs Sept 9, 2012: 224.4 lbs
Before SparkPeople, on my own, trying to develop healthy eating habits: Dec 25, 2011 to July 22, 2012: 13 lbs lost over 30 weeks = 0.43 lbs average per week
With SparkPeople and the Readers Digest Diet: July 23 to September 9th, 2012: 12.6 lbs lost over 7 weeks = 1.8 lbs average per week
