Taking a break from strictly LiveFit workouts after limping (figuratively) through my last few weeks of round 3, phase 3.
Since I am hoPping between relatives homes throughout the month for the holidays, my goal is to just try to work in at least 3 weight training sessions per week and some 'light' cardio given the chance. Too cold for hikes or running outdoors, so that will likely be Wii Dance, televised cardio shows, some jump rope or calestenics and when visiting my folks, the occasional treeadmill at their gym (though I am mostly interested in the weight equipment there).
All i have is my dumbbells, so most weight training will consist of those, or body weight exercises.
I have some LiveFit routines printed out, as welll as some Lee Labrada-- kind of mix and matching based on what muscle groups havent been worked.
If I can maintain this month while I have less control of my food, that would be great.
