Ughg Kristin- what a pain it the butt! I hope it rebalances again soon! Dying to do a workout today, but have monthly reports I gotta get out, so really trying to stay focused and finish work. Maybe after dinner, if not- tomorrow 1st thing!
You can do it LFF:) I already see that your spirit got what it needed seeing family and friends. Happy for you. I am with you. I will not gain this month. I am not a victim of the holiday 10!!! Of course you know what popped up again...kidney problems. Have the doctor tomorrow so sure another scope is coming. It is so water puffiness. My eyes were swollen shut this morning. Took too long to take the presciption diuretic and flush this stuff out. Why can't my kidneys work properly???
Taking a break from strictly LiveFit workouts after limping (figuratively) through my last few weeks of round 3, phase 3. Since I am hoPping between relatives homes throughout the month for the holidays, my goal is to just try to work in at least 3 weight training sessions per week and some 'light' cardio given the chance. Too cold for hikes or running outdoors, so that will likely be Wii Dance, televised cardio shows, some jump rope or calestenics and when visiting my folks, the occasional treeadmill at their gym (though I am mostly interested in the weight equipment there). All i have is my dumbbells, so most weight training will consist of those, or body weight exercises. I have some LiveFit routines printed out, as welll as some Lee Labrada-- kind of mix and matching based on what muscle groups havent been worked. If I can maintain this month while I have less control of my food, that would be great.
I have been pretty much doing as she says and mixing it up, some of it depending on my mood. It was tough after finishing my round of LiveFit. I kind of felt like a baby bird being pushed out of the nest, thinking what next? The piece that sticks with me from the audio is how she mentions that you don't stay in phase 3 too long. When you finish there is a feeling that you are now at a certain level and need to kind of stay there. That is HARD to do all the time and don't think that it necessarily continues to give you the same results. I have been pretty much doing phase 2 style workouts and am thinking of jumping back to phase 1 style. Typical me, I jump around all the time:) lol
