Woo Hoo! Great to hear. Sheesh, seems like time is flying. I'm with ya, plan is another round. I WILL have cut abs:) Starting to get nervous about the killer Phase 3. LFF wore me out with her posts. I love it!! Just at the end of Week 5 and glad to adjust to adding cardio and cutting some carbs...excited to see what the next couple weeks bring for results as I recently got engaged and want to look great for my wedding this November! I would love to complete another round of Jamie's program before the big day : )
That's it! This broken record is going to do one of her most un-favorite (not a word) thing and bake. I say it EVERY weekend and never do. Time for some accountablity. Goal: Chocolate bars, this weekend:)
Good to know! I was making the chocolate ones and only had carrot baby food left and used them in the recipe and could hardly tell the difference, so I think you can pretty much substitute anything if you're in a pinch and they will taste great! I also like to cook them a little less than the suggested time so they are gooier!! (sp??) haha
