How many calories should I be eating (approximately) each day while I'm in phase one? I just read a comment that said 'if you're not eating enough cals, then you won't see results'. Now i'm worried that i'm not eating enough! I thought we weren't supposed to worry about cal counting in phast one!
(I'm eating every 3 hours but I get up late most mornings so my first meal isn't until 9am. So I only typically have 5 small meals rather than 6.)
Is there any info into how many cals i need to be eating? Does it matter? Please help anyone...
