im seeing definition in my triceps! really happy about that. I am starting week 7 today and i feel that the cardio is working.. seems that im less puffy, and i think my weight went down a lil bit too ( that is not my main point, but its still a good thing!)

i think that ill be quite happy about my body once i finish the program, i am already half way!! :)

Lost 2 inches in bust....that's awesome. Might I have the measuring tape too snug? At minimim lost over one inch. No way to adjust lungs or tape and deny the reduction.Yeah!
