Hey Angela! I posted a thread called "The Cardio Question" in the general forum before I had this forum going. Check it out-- I answer this exact question and explain what I'm doing, and you can read what others are doing as well.
You can definitely wait to start the program if it's easier! Honestly, with how tired I am this weekend after my long-run yesterday (running a half marathon in 2 weeks) I'm sort of wishing I had waited to start the program, but now I'm going, and leading this group, so I'm kinda looped in!! Hehe. Anyway, check out the thread. I hope that helps!

I just wanted your opinion on cardio/running during this program. I'm training for a 5k in a few weeks, and I noticed on this plan you don't add any cardio (at least the first two weeks). I'm considering waiting until the race is done... What do you plan on doing with your running schedule during the program?
