Have you logged fitness minutes before? You can find it on your "start" page for fitness tracking.
You have a few options: you can log all your individual exercises under the Strength training options, and even set it up so you have specific exercises (Jamie's plan) all laid out for certain days, and then go through and just check them off that you completed them. I believe once you have the "plan" set in there, it's pretty simple to track then on.
OR... if you have a heart rate monitor and know approximately how many calories you're burning during your ST workouts, you can log it as cardio (this is what I'm doing, since I have a HR monitor). I time my workouts with my HR, and then it tells me how many calories I burned in that time period (given my age, weight, activity level, etc-- I use a Garmin). Then, when you use the "add cardio" button in fitness tracking, there is an option to the right in the pop-up window to "manually enter calories burned". So, I've been labeling my workouts "ST- Chest/Triceps" or "ST- Biceps/Back" (etc etc) and entering the cals burned from the time I spent on the workout. You can view my shared fitness tracker on my page to see what I mean. I believe I've been burning between 210-320 calories per workout, about 40 minutes.
