I just finished watching the Restoring Love event in Dallas put on by Mercury One and The Blaze. It was three nights of the most uplifting, emotional events I have ever witnessed. First night was a panel of clergy from EVERY denomination except muslim and they talked about the need to get our country back to God. The second night was all about the day of service. 35000 volunteers came to spread out all over the Dallas area doing service to those in need. They also had 11 18 wheelers filled with food and they departed for 11 cities throughout the US with the goal of filling the food banks of those cities with a years food supply. Everything was donated, even the trucks and driven by volunteers as well.
Last night was the finaly at Cowboy stadium where at least 100000 people from around the world came to share in this fantastic adventure. The event was not political. It was all about restoring love and faith in God.
It was incredible and I just wish I could have been there.
God bless America
