Small Chicken Breast (no skin or bone) 3-4 oz
pour or squeeze tbsp lemon juice
sprinkle some pepper
slice 2 strawberries
slice of pineapple
sprinkle cilantro over
bake 350 for 30 min.

YUMMY HEALTHY LOW SODIUM/LOW Calorie

I usually will make a small spinach salad to go with it. small saucer plate with spinach, 2 cherry tomatoes, sprinkle a few blueberries, slice one strawberry, and pour 2 tbsp of boysenberry vinegarette dressing (low cal/low sodium)

This together makes a heart healthy dinner.
