I know...end of June, but I'm gonna try to fill in what I can, because these were kind of my goals when I got started back anyways!

June 4 weekend- I had a total of 124 cardio minutes starting out and 1 60 minute day of strength training (for the week of May 29-June 4)~ Total 204 minutes
June 11 weekend- I logged a total of 130 cardio minutes, but no strength training (6/5-6/11)~ Total of 130 minutes, missed my increase

June 18 weekend- I logged a total of 110 cardio minutes, and two 60 minute days of strength training (6/12-6/18)~ Total 230 minutes--- 100 minute increase from week before
June 25 weekend- I logged 284 cardio minutes, and two 30 minute days of strength training and one 2 hour day of aqua resistance training (6/19-6/25)~ Total 464 minutes increase of 234 minutes from last week
---P: Pounds off! Try to lose 5% of your weight within the next eight weeks.
Goal: goal is 10 lbs by end on challenge
June 4 weekend- maintained at 198 pounds
June 11 weekend- maintained at 198 pounds
June 18 weekend- gained 1 pound to 199
June 25 weekend- lost 1 pound back to 198
