In one of my other groups we are starting a summer challenge to lose 4 pounds by July 4th! I don't suggest we all tackle the same goal, but I would like people to come and decide what they would like to tackle for the next month and over summer.
I'll start. .I am committing to losing 4 pounds by the fourth and instituting a new schedule that DOESN'T count on me going anywhere but the park and the library over summer. I am trying out several new cardio discs to replace the cardio routines I do with Wii Fit Plus and I am going to get back on track with how much water I need to drink each day. (Up from zero) I am going to change my fast track goal from watching 1 hour of TV a day (I will watch a little more than that over the summer if my plans are followed) to a suitable fitness goal (like exercising xx minutes xx times per week [I haven't decided how long how often yet])
Each problem carries with it the seeds of its own solution. If you don't have any problems you don't get any seeds.
