I think this is great! I've been happy with the response to the team challenges too, but let me know if people are tired of them.

I like the idea of a mini-challenge.. seems so fun and it isn't forever so we won't feel locked into just one thing.

Each problem carries with it the seeds of its own solution. If you don't have any problems you don't get any seeds.

My goals for this week are to:

Get out of bed by 8:00
Shower
Dress
Leave the house

My depression has been very bad lately, but I have been keeping up with my water, nutrition and fitness. Getting up and getting out is going to be very challenging for me.

This might not be a challenge for everyone, so I'm game for taking on a team challenge also. Any ideas?

This is a place to have challenges. Everyone can put their 2 cents in and suggest a challenge and we will try to get to them. Some may be small ones, some may be month long ones. Let's try and spark ourselves into a healthier us!!
