Lets play bingo. This game starts April 13, 2012. Here's how you play:
1. Make a bingo card with 25 squares..........5 rows across and 5 columns down.
2. Look at the list below and pick any 25 you want to do and put 1 in each square of your bingo card. Do this before April 13.
3. Starting April 13th I will post 3 items from the list each day. If they are on your bingo card you do them that day. Then mark them off of your card.
4. The first person to get a "T" (THE FIRST ROW AND MIDDLE COLUMN MARKED OFF TO FORM THE LETTER T) and post it wins the goodie of their choice up to 25 points and the satisfaction of knowing you did some good things for your body.
You can hand write a bingo card or make one on your computer and print it out. You can decorate your card to make it fun. Do what works for you. Please ask if you have any questions.
