AWESOME, keep up the good work. I like all of the videos but I would have to say my favorite is the Fit test (not for the exercise) because it allows me to know track better how much progress I am making. As far as an exercise choice, I would have to agree that may favorite Cardio Power and Resistance. As a matter of fact I took a week off to get my kids moved into college dorms and started out with that one for the first two days back. It always makes me feel like I am really working it out!
Next week I will be doing the week of Core Cardio and Balance before starting the second month. I hope I live through that month.
We have completed our first ever cruise and we have decided to take another but take our children with us this time.
