To be honest I look forward to thursdays.. cardio recovery.. its a nice little break and yet I still sweat my butt off just not so intence with cardio! Im about to finish up my 4th week..Im very worried about the next set of videos.. theres a lot of jumping and that kills me and I can just imagine what is to come!
As far as the other videos they are great and man can them people move! Not up to doing everything they can but I sure do try!

AWESOME, keep up the good work. I like all of the videos but I would have to say my favorite is the Fit test (not for the exercise) because it allows me to know track better how much progress I am making. As far as an exercise choice, I would have to agree that may favorite Cardio Power and Resistance. As a matter of fact I took a week off to get my kids moved into college dorms and started out with that one for the first two days back. It always makes me feel like I am really working it out!
Next week I will be doing the week of Core Cardio and Balance before starting the second month. I hope I live through that month.

I just completed the second week of Insanity and I really enjoy Plyometric Cardio Circuit and Cardio Power and Resistance, even though I need to take numerous breaks while doing them. I find them to be fast moving and not to repetitive. As well, they seem to leave me in the largest pool of sweat.
