I am still working hard, coming to the end of the first month. I see definate improvement in tone and strength, but not really much weight loss. I guess I am trading in fat for muscle. Also, at nearly fifty years old, I cannot really expect miracles! But, I am just proud of myself for giving as much as I can to each workout- and I will take whatever I get. I am really scared for month 2!!
I am going to do day 3 tonight. My legs and lower stomach is sore but i will continue to dig.

Hello!!! I'm new to this group. and to INSANITY. I'm on my 4th day today of doing this program. and well....let me just tell you that it KICKS MY ASS! my respects to everyone that is doing this program because it is no joke. with that being said.
HOW IN THE HECK do you get threw the VIDEOS??? I'm really out of shape, and i just cant seem to get threw the video with out stopping or skipping a certain position, because i just cant do it. :( honestly i get really frustrated. and I get mad at myself because I've let my body get so out of shape.
any suggestions for me, what i can do or not do to make this work for me? I'm not quieting on this. I will do it. and I would love some feed back from people that are doing the same.
