Finished my final fit test a week ago, posted results on another forum. Big difference from my first, proud of myself! Have also seen an improvement in my running since.

Fit test 1/3/2013
I have been doing some Turbokick, P90X, and Crossfit for the last three years. Notice I say some as I really need to stick with a program on a consistent basis. I am 46 years old.

Switch Kicks 55 (two = one)

I really, really need to work on my pushups, but am still recovering from some rotator cuff issues.

I am now on Day 50 of Insanity and thought I would update my Fit Test results. I previously posted my first fit test results. After that fit test I slacked off and then restarted and have been sticking with it. Here they are so far.

Fit test pre start ( this was to see if i could actually do it -- i didnt get to focus much since my 2 yr old was trying to "help" me workout and then hurt himself on one of his toys near the end so I had to console him which took up almost a minute of the fit test.)

My first set was Monday, May 7th, 2012. Amazing how 8 one minute exercises can turn you into a puddle of sweat! :) My numbers seem high to me but I've been working out 6 days a week and my cardio is pretty high so here it is:

Switch kicks: 124 (I do tae kwon do so this makes sense to me)
Power Jacks: 46
Power Knees: 94
Power Jumps: 40
Globe Jumps: 6 or 7 sets - I lost count!
Suicide Jumps: 11? Lost count again!
Pushup Jacks: 23
Low Plank Oblique: counted 85 single legs so 42 total?

I did my first fit test tonight and I was dripping in sweat. The numbers seem low, but hopefully will be higher in 2 weeks.

Okay, I have misplaced my first set of fit test results so I guess I will start with this set:

switch kicks: 50
power jacks: 30
power knees: 70
power jumps: 25
globe jumps: 4
suicide jumps: 16 (modified)
push up jacks: 9 (modified)
low plank oblique: 10

I know I made some improvements but I would rather see the numbers for myself. I am still doing the warm ups from a different DVD daily but I am feeling a difference in my clothes. The scale...well...I have tried to stay away from. Still going and not giving up.

Great job! Your numbers are really good. You will be amazed at how next time they will get better. Insanity has this great thing about it that even when you don't feel like you are improving you really are. How do you like those power jumps? Yuck!
