June challenge: Summer Breeze

1. Track your nutrition daily.
2. Track your fitness daily.
3. Eat 4 fruits/vegetables daily.
4. Drink 8 glasses water daily
(1 point for each of the above.)

5. Exercise for at least 30 minutes. (1 point for each minute.)

BONUS:

Exercise outdoors for at least 20 minutes--biking, walking, golfing, etc. (10 points)

Park farther away from your destination when running errands and walk. (10 points)
