Fantastic to hear! That is great you completed 8 weeks! I most definately need to watch my calories, that is part of why I love the tracker on here. I never really knew how much what I ate added up to before tracking it here. It was a bit of a shock to say the least. I did P90X for a while over the summer, but then started working at my new job full time everyday and have lost motivation to do it. I am not a morning person and dread getting up early enough to do a 1.5 hour workout every morning, so I would love ideas that anyone has for short things to do to work out.
Well folks the holidays are upon us!! Are you close to reaching your goals? Ready to set new ones?
Well I for the month am trying to focus more on nutrition. I have finished 8 weeks of a body transformation 6 day a week camp and signed up for another 6 months but really need to watch my calories closer.
