Haha, this is funny. I picked a strapless mermaid dress. So, according to the article, I should work out my lats, traps, teres, rhomboids, pecs, deltoids, biceps, triceps, abs, obliques, quads, glutes, hamstrings, and hip abductors. Good thing my strength training program works every muscle in my body!
