ok ladies!

Sorry I've been MIA. I was thinking about a 2-3 month challenge..depending on when you are getting married. You could set goals like 200 fitness minutes/week or more if you want. Or you can say I want to do 3 cardio workouts and 2 strength training..etc. And we could have a check in for motivation!

I'm getting married the 13th, I am all for slimming down but kinda not aloud to do much yet.

Do onto others as you would have them do unto you. Cause in the end you will get paid back

It's not a Diet, it's a lifestyle change.

Starting over again......

I'm game for whatever would work for you! I am lacking motivation also which is surprising since looking pretty in my dress should be motivation!

Hello!

Is anyone else getting married in October? My date is 10-27-12 and I'm looking for a buddy to help me lose 15-20 lbs before the wedding. Even if someone with a September date wanted to do it that would be fine!

Let me know! I just need some motivation!
