Sorry I've been MIA. I was thinking about a 2-3 month challenge..depending on when you are getting married. You could set goals like 200 fitness minutes/week or more if you want. Or you can say I want to do 3 cardio workouts and 2 strength training..etc. And we could have a check in for motivation!
