Some folks here who aren't so crazy as me to keep paddling all winter in a pool and/or drysuit might be interested in a little motivation to avoid adding some holiday avoirdupois. After all, come spring we all want to still be able to fit in our boats, right? LOL
I'm running a challenge for folks who want to drop a few pounds or keep the winter ones off.
We'll use Google to log the weights. You have until November 7 to sign up.
