It's always a good idea to challenge yourself...so what better way than setting up a few team challenges? I'm going to aim to have a challenge every month, assuming we all have the interest in doing it. Starting small, here are a few ideas for monthly challenges:
1. Track everything you eat at least 5 times a week for the month of _______;
2. Get outside for some good old-fashioned exercise at least 1 hour a week for the month of;
3. Paddle in at least one new place for the month of;
4. Try at least one new healthy recipe for the month of.
