Crunches seems pretty easy right..Lol I'm going to shoot for 100 a day. I find it's easier to switch up the type of brunches I do. Bicylce, left side, right side, and traditional crunches. 25 each and I should be fine right??? Wish me luck guys I want to be sexy.
