Okay I think this topic was slightly different than what I'm about to write...so hope you don't mind!

So I was talking to my dad and he told me he was watching "National Body Challenge Twin Edition" on FitTV. So I started watching it too! Sucj great motivation.

Wish they had new episodes on regularly. But I must say it is VERY motivating to watch!

What are you guys watching on FitTV?

"Bless the LORD, O my soul, & forget none of His benefits;
Who pardons all your iniquities;
Who heals all your diseases;
Who redeems your life from the pit;
Who crowns you with loving kindness and compassion;
Who satisfies your years with good things,
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle." Psalm 103:2-5

Let's see, my show has been on our church's 40th Annual Pre-Thanksgiving Musical. I lead a song and said one of the scriptures. It turned out to be lovely. I even invited a Jewish lady that I met at a kiosk in the mall (she bought her sister and 2 cousins. They had a ball!

Oh, I purchased a Seacret Nail Care Collection Kit, Dead Sea mud soap & body soap from the lady mentioned above... This is my way of pampering or keeping another part of my body fit. Hopefully I'll pay more attention to myself! emoticon

I went shopping last night and picked a couple pair of sweat pants. I use to buy large - this time I picked up medium and guess what - they fit!! The scale might not be going down but my pant size did!

I lost 3 pounds last week and I was sick. I was able to do 55 minutes cardio and 30 mins strength training earlier in the week. I love "Shimmy" It helps to whittle down those waiste lines. All of you should try it. Tues at 7pm and 7:30pm. It repeats at 11pm.

My show for this week has started off with lingering pain from my auto accident...some things seem to be getting worse as time goes on!

But I went to the movies yesterday, which I feel was right up with keeping my mind "fit"! It didn't do so much for my body though, sitting in those chairs! I was just glad that I could pull the arm rests up and had room to lean into my BF when needed!

I saw Tyler Perry's, "Why Did I Get Married?" I'm not married but thought the movie was great! Keeping my mind fit & entertained, when my limbs don't participate!

Stay toon for the next episode! So what's happening on your show this week?!

LINDAANNE2 - So glad that you're reaching your weight loss goal...I'm sure you'll reach your more fuits & veggies challenge as well! And we'll be here for you!

CMOLIVER - I completely get the frustrations of trying to lose the same few pounds...But know that all hope is not gone! Focus on enjoying living fit, as you are w/ the hiking and yoga & such...and before you know it (when you're not being frustrated) you'll look up and those pounds might be gone!
There is also the possiblity that you have gained muscle....right! And that might be a good thing! :o)

JUSTME52 - Your cat is soooo welcomed to join in on team discussions too emoticon You know, I've had my own unbalanced share of physical limitaions keeping me from staying actively faithful to an exercise program! emoticon but like you said, "...tomorrow I will try again"!

I've been trying to lose the same five pounds for about two months now...very frustrating.

Today I turned the TV and went hiking for a few hours. My legs are so sore - I may have to do a Namaste Yoga before bed. :)
