Congratulation on staying focused and meeting your goals. I'm making progress but don't know if I'll get the 10 off this month yet. I am doing physical therapy and restricted from a lot of different work outs but i will strength train and core. Not stressing it at all. It will happen and I am blessed.
Enjoy the weekend!

Hello Hot4Fitness! Great goals and I'm with you.

I suggest you reading Ephesians and pray the prayers in Chapter 1:16-23 and 3:14-21. I try to pray them often for myself and others. All the Pauline Books have Prayers. Isaiah is another favorite. Jesus is all over that book and Proverbs and Psalms are worth reading everyday. I try when I remember to read the Proverb for the day of the week. Just go for it!

Sorry for being long winded. Keep up the great work and I'll see you on the boards!!!
Blessings!

I am very Thankful to Father God for Jesus and His Blood and the Victory I already have in every area of my life because of it.

Very thankful for my children and their lives being healthy all these years. Thankful for each day I am alive and able to move in some way regardless. Thankful for family who are blessings in my life. Thankful for my church family at EMIC and their heritage of KCM and Faith Fathers already in Heaven. Thankful to be born in my family and have no regrets for my nationality.

My goals for November:
Lose 10 lbs this month. I'm dreaming BIG and aiming HIGH emoticon

Eat within my calorie range of 1200-1550. emoticon

Workout doing strength training 5 times a week. emoticon

Cardio as often as possible. emoticon

Increase breathing and stretching exercising. emoticon

This is my birthday month and I'm excited about another year in Christ. God is so good to me and I am so glad to be alive in such a marvelous time and season as this.
May you all have great success in all of your goals!

Soooo, what are your GOALS for November? What Plans do you all have for reaching your goals?

You know this is the month dedicated to being Thankful and Grateful! So what are you thankful for today? So much time is spent on what we're trying to alter or improve with our bodies and health or life in general.

So after posting your goals for the month, how about posting what you're grateful for. And if you want come back and post your daily thoughts of thankfulness!

All the best!

"Bless the LORD, O my soul, & forget none of His benefits;
Who pardons all your iniquities;
Who heals all your diseases;
Who redeems your life from the pit;
Who crowns you with loving kindness and compassion;
Who satisfies your years with good things,
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle." Psalm 103:2-5
