You misunderstood. I am sorry. I do not feel it is all work and no play. I enjoy my friends so much and most of my friends are on Spark trying to lose weight. And that is made easier by having fun together and "running" with the pack".

We do have a Chat Thread too - but no-one seems interested - but feel free to start a chat theme and I am sure others will join in.
Yes the team is about exercise and weight loss - but I hope its also about wanting to come to the team - about enjoyment and enthusiasm - not all about work and nothing else.-
I have some great friends on the site - friends I have never met not expect to meet but we chat often and I can assure you its not all work and exercise!!

You are not thick...you are here and when I come here and see you at my disposal, I know I can do it. I love that this team is about losing the weight, and not a social club. You are doing your job...not to worry.

Today is non-exercise, walking 10 minutes.

Jean - you could never be a pain - the idea of a challenge - as well as encouraging good habits - is to get you reporting - as often as you like - I love to see you are going well - and if you get a blip - then its time I step in and help ypou over that blip - but unless you report - how can I know!!

I don't want to be a pain, but I'm trying to get into the habit of reporting here.

I got all my water in today.

I did my exercises: chair squats, wall pushups; and air punches.

I had beets, green beans, tomatoes and mandarin oranges with my meals.

I do track my food, but do it manually as the tracker takes me too long.

Thanks for putting up with this old broad. lol

I drank 9 glasses of water.

I ate 2 fruits - pineapple and applesauce. 3 veggies, peas, carrots and snow peas.

I did 10 minutes of exercise...

I prefer to track my food by hand...paper and pencil. I have used the Spark tracker, but it is too much to have to find the food I eat and the amounts. But I do track my food.

This all done on New Year's Eve. I will watch the ball drop with a cup of Peach - Tangerine Tea.

I am so glad a friend directed me to this site. I am engaging in this mini challenge...it seems easy enough, but having lost 50 lbs doing this, I know it will work for me. I have regained 30 lbs. so must be diligent. Thanks for being here.

This challenge will run from 31st Dec - 6th Jan
Our first challenge of 2013 will be to get back to the BASICS! Chose at least 2 (or more) of the following mini challenges to work on this week, You may join the challenge at any time during the week. Just work on your mini challenge for the remainder of the days. There is no competition here. This is for our own personal help. Check in daily or at the end of the week to let us know how you did.

1. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water!
