Sometimes drinking the 8-10 glasses will make you feel like you are swimming and bloated if you aren't use to drinking that much. Otherwise it also can be: if you aren't use to eating that many vegetables (4.5 cups is alot for most folks) or the choice of veggies (broccoli, cauliflower). Really the bloat should quickly resolve since the majority of folks will say be day 3 or 4 that they feel less bloated (which sometimes can be grain/carb related for some of us).
