Exercise - great. I started the New Year with my first Challenge and intro to Spark Videos, which I love. Foodwise, good enough not to regain more than a few pounds, but not good enough to get those numbers dropping again. 30 more to go, gonna do it!

It has been me guideline to look back at where I have come from and measure my accomplishment from one starting point. From the 1st of the year, I have seriously been on Sparks. Since then, I have been eating and learning and reviewing everything health.
