I went to a body mapping seminar in Dec. for musicians ( I play the guitar) for the church. The instructor from Montclair state university, said that she teaches her musicians and opera singing to tune up their body first then their instrument. We rolled our heads and went right down the body. I have continued this when I get up in the morning , in the bathroom. It just takes a few minutes and I do it any time I feel stressed or achy.
Don't be mislead by the name!! We pick an exercise and do a set or two each time we go to the bathroom during the day. I think it works out great for those who work in an office. We've even those of us that don't work can join in. Do something like squats, lunges or arm movements!! Tell us what you are doing!!
