MY HUBBY AND I READ IN AARP(SENIOR) MAG. FOR EVER HOUR YOU SET YOU NEED TO GET UP AND MOVE AROUND FOR 5 MIN. SO HERE GOES THE CHALLENGE EVERY HOUR YOU HAVE SET GET UP AND DO SOMETHING EXERCISE MOVE SOME WAY OR ANOTHER. .

HUBBY AND I DID IT 4 TIMES .WE HAD FUN DOING IT AND 20 MIN OF MOVING. SO POST HOW MANY TIMES YOU MOVED TODAY FOR 5 MIN. HAVE FUN emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
