Today I did Denise Austin Quick Cardio burn
20 minutes interval training(hi and lo cardio)
20 minute cardio and weight training intervals

Always keep the Faith in yourself, never give into self doubt.

January 2013: Total Body Cardio+Sculpt adapted from Instructor Kelsie
Our focus is Total Body C+S. There are shorter and longer workouts, heavier and lighter workouts, workouts with steps and without. The rotation is 3 days on/1 day of rest, where alternating rest days have an optional workout suggestion.
