20 minutes interval training(hi and lo cardio)
20 minute cardio and weight training intervals

January 2013: Total Body Cardio+Sculpt adapted from Instructor Kelsie
Our focus is Total Body C+S. There are shorter and longer workouts, heavier and lighter workouts, workouts with steps and without. The rotation is 3 days on/1 day of rest, where alternating rest days have an optional workout suggestion.
*If you are a FIRM Believers club member, Kelsie will doing her version of this workout along with you and will posting on the rotation board on their website.
