Lower Body Core Express:
Day 1: Do just 1 workout or do it and the Optional workout
Day 2: If you did the optional workout yesterday, today is Rest day. If not, do the workout today.
Day 3: Do just 1 workout or do it and the Optional workout
Day 4: If you did the optional workout yesterday, today is Rest day. If not, do the workout today.
Day 5: Do just 1 workout or do it and the Optional workout
Day 6: If you did the optional workout yesterday, today is Rest day. If not, do the workout today.
Day 7: Rest
