I love my Aroma Rice Cooker and Food Steamer! It's so easy to cook my brown rice, artichokes, corn on the cob, etc, etc, with it.

I'm looking forward to trying some the recipes I've seen posted here.

I ordered a small, inexpensive rice cooker. Should arrive very soon.

"SUGAR IS THE DEVIL" - Just telling it like it is. When it comes to the hard truth about sugar, obesity, and disease, both the sugar industry and Harvard University have A LOT to answer for. Glad the facts now are pouring out. Get rid of added sugar, and simple carbs, like it's the plague.

Human body needs 1-ONE-teaspoon sugar PER DAY (and NOT the kind in a sugar bowl). How many spoons of sugar are YOU and yours eating?!? Down more than 20 (mostly painless) pounds - plus inches(!) - in

I "shoulda" bought one of these years ago!

How do you shop for rice cookers? I need one that can handle SMALLER portions. Maybe there's a "mini-rice cooker" out there??
