Well, I think 7 hours certainly counts for something!!
Wow, are you in shape, girl! Because standing is way more tiring than almost anything (except maybe bending down repeatedly to place quilt pieces on a floor pattern...).
Did you go with children, or just hang out there for your own private meditation? I've often dreamed to just spending the day sitting at various exhibits, vegging and soaking up the beauty... I figure that would be exercise for spiritual fitness, right? Gotta take care of all our health, not just the muscles.
So far, the spirit is benefitting the most....I'm really good at sitting by the bay......
