I just haven't invested the time necessary to fill in all the daily Spark stuff. I mean, it would take me hours every day to list my food (since I don't eat most of the stuff listed, which means I have to research and do the math to fill in the tracking details for recipes that I make myself and which are never the same twice), not to mention exercise, goals, etc. Can't figure out how to do some of it, too. For instance, my main activity that is labeled exercise is walking. And I track my steps, both total and aerobic, distance and time. Can't find where in Sparkpages can I report those.
So. Let me simply state that I am making my goal of 4-5000 steps 5-6 days a week. We walk just about every day. But I have good days and bad days, we both do, so sometimes we don't walk for a day or so. :) Since our average walk is 45-65 minutes (with hills!), I think I might be meeting the exercise minutes goal...and that is a big change from 6 months ago.
My goal for October is to get back to cycling. This requires a trailer hitch rack to carry my big recumbent trike to more level areas till I work my muscles back into doing hills, LOL. And refraining from a heart attack starting out! We got the rack ordered, coming next week, and the hitch installed yesterday.
