I'm still here, too, plugging away at walking. Still haven't lost a single pound for real. Weight varies as much as 5 pounds from morning to evening. Perhaps that is all the water and fiber? Whatever, I tire easily, some days can't even sit up straight but must recline in order to use the computer. However, there will be other days when I can walk 3 miles easily and only feel mildly tired afterwards (exhaustion will come the next day, LOL).
Walked on the beach a couple days ago and really felt it, so I think we will begin alternating between beach and walkways to change up the routine. Wish I could ever feel exhilarated after exercising, like all those smiling infomercials!
