I have been walking at least 2 miles 6 days a week. Walked all the way out to the breakwater past the Rock on Monday, which is 4 miles round trip. It was great fun and didn't feel like too much work.....until the next day! Tuesday I decided not to walk other than up the street 3 blocks to work in the yard at my house. That was fun, too, cleaning up the yard a bit at a time to see if we can get it back in shape after years of tenants. Ahem.
One of my goals for this year was to abandon my task-oriented deafness to body needs ....and I'd been doing pretty well, until this week. Sigh. Sore and breathless for 2 days, now, but at least I'm listening. Today did short walk, only a mile or so, down to watch Bay TV. :) That's what we call our morning walks down to the harbor, always interesting news and personalities!

I have been really slacking this month. I need to get back on the Exercise Train! SO, my goal for the rest of the month is to do at least 10 minutes of cardio a day. I know that doesn't sound like much but right now I am doing ZERO so it's a step for me
