My goals are to get 500 miles on my bike (again) this summer, and now that we have moved to a place where I can ride every day, that should help. Of course, we have hills (!!) here that I did not have last summer...so start up is slow.
Also, need to lose the 50 some pounds I gained during 16 winters in the Midwest. I have made the mile a day walk goal and moved it up to 2 miles, which I have hit a few times (and even 3 miles today) but not consistently. Since I refuse to go on any starvation type diet, I have not lost weight in any appreciable amount, although my figure has changed over the years.
It may be that I must just accept that I am now a grandma and will look like one!
