As you are aware, August's month long challenge is based upon fitness minutes and 15 minutes per day of organization and/or cleaning.
This 5 day challenge will be a two-fer. That's a duplication of the August challenge. This will help set the tone for a productive month of organization, cleaning and fitness.
So, for the next 5 days, get your fitness minutes in and/or cleaning/organization tasks completed. Report here with your efforts, but don't forget to record it in the August challenge thread.
Hey, if you are not participating in the August challenge, feel free to do this challenge. Just set a fitness minute goal for the 5 days and/or what activity you plan to do in 15 minutes intervals.
