Thursday, Friday & Saturday - 20 minutes daily of biking/rowing machine.
Sunday - Focused upon cleaning and organizing and gardening.

Today - plan is to double up on my fitness minutes.

8/3 - Fitness so far with spinning class this a.m. added = 195 minutes (325 to go)

0 minutes upstairs -- 60 to go.

I work last night [12hours] but I did walk 30 minutes . I came home and did dishes, took out trash, and pickup the kitchen .

I'm aiming for at least 60 minutes per day fitness with an added bonus of 120 extra fitness minutes over the 5 days. That's 420 minutes fitness.

I also want to get upstairs to do one hour ironing and organizing.

So far on the fitness I've got 135 minutes (385 to go) and 0 minutes on the upstairs organizing and ironing.

I haven't forgotten, and I'm still in. emoticon

Spent at least 60 minutes last night organizing and packing up the grandkidlets for their trip home. I don't quite know how two little girls can bring so much "stuff" - but there it is. I am hoping to walk tonight after work.

I did 35 minutes on the bike and did 15 minutes clean up the bedroom

YAY! I love a two-fer! I got 25 minutes on the elliptical today. Now I'm going to clean the ceiling fan in my bedroom, and if I have time left in the 15 minutes I'll hit a hot spot.

As you are aware, August's month long challenge is based upon fitness minutes and 15 minutes per day of organization and/or cleaning.

This 5 day challenge will be a two-fer. That's a duplication of the August challenge. This will help set the tone for a productive month of organization, cleaning and fitness.

So, for the next 5 days, get your fitness minutes in and/or cleaning/organization tasks completed. Report here with your efforts, but don't forget to record it in the August challenge thread.

Hey, if you are not participating in the August challenge, feel free to do this challenge. Just set a fitness minute goal for the 5 days and/or what activity you plan to do in 15 minutes intervals.
